Humason to Hold Annual Free Ice Skating Party on December 15th

WESTFIELD — Senator Don Humason will again be hosting his annual Free Ice Skating Party at the Amelia Park Ice Arena on Saturday, December 15 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM. The arena is located at 21 South Broad Street in Westfield.

“With the holiday season in full stride, I invite you to bring your family and friends to join me and my family at Amelia Park for free ice skating, cookies, and some much needed holiday cheer,” said Senator Humason. “As we do every year, I ask that you help those in need by bringing one canned good or nonperishable food item that we will donate to a local food pantry in my district.”

If you don’t have your own ice skates, Amelia Park Ice Arena will have skate rentals available for $3 per person.

Humason has held this annual free event at Amelia Park Ice Arena for many years as a way to give back to constituents with a family-friendly way to celebrate the holidays in the community. “I hope you will be able to take time out of your busy Saturday and come and skate with me.” said Senator Humason.
